Robert Clarence “Buford” McDavid, 60, passed away early Tuesday morning, February 20, 2018 at Bristol Regional Memorial Hospital in Bristol, Tennessee.

He was born to the late George McDavid and Mary Elizabeth Bowman McDavid on January 23, 1958 in Washington County, Va.

Robert lived in Bristol throughout his entire life and enjoyed the outdoors.

He is survived by his brother John McDavid and wife Teresa; many nieces and nephews; and special friend, Stella Riley.

A service for Robert will be announced at a later date.
