Anna M. Dolinger, 73, of Troutdale, Va., passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, August 20, 2017, surrounded by family and close friends at her home.
She was born on September 10, 1943, in Washington County, Va., and lived in Manassas, Va., for several years where she worked for IBM as manager of environmental services. After returning to Washington County, Va., she served as general manager of Virginia Creeper Trail Bike Rentals for 10 years, before retiring in 2016.
She was preceded in death by her father, Odell Greer; sister, Shelby Greer; and brother, Ralph Greer.
Survivors include her husband, Tracy Dolinger of 59 years; children, Rheda Dolinger of Los Angeles, Calif., and Tracy Dolinger and wife, Julia; grandsons, Alex Dolinger and Abel Dolinger; her mother, Opal Greer; brothers, Larry Greer, Gary Greer, Bill Greer, and Ogene Greer; sister, Carolyn Gentry; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 3 until 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at Frost Funeral Home, Abingdon, Va. Family and friends will then travel to Laurel Valley Cemetery in Konnarock for graveside services.
