William Glenn DeBusk, age 64, went to be with the Lord April 1, 2017 at Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, Va.
Mr. DeBusk was a lifelong resident of the area while working for Columbus McKinnon in Damascus, Va. He was a member of Joy Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by both parents: Hyden and Beulah DeBusk; one brother: Gene DeBusk.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years: Sheila M. DeBusk of Chilhowie, Va.; three brothers: Gerald DeBusk and wife Cindy, of Chilhowie, Va.; Wayne DeBusk and Kate of Glade Spring, Va.; Leo DeBusk and wife Judy of Chilhowie, Va.; one sister: Connie Sproles and husband Johnny of Glade Spring, Va.; several nieces and nephews and a very special friend Juanita Hackney.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 3, 2017 from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Joy Baptist Church, Glade Spring, Va. A Graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 2 P.M. at Mt. Rose Cemetery, Glade Spring, Va. with Rev. Jay Overbay officiating. Those wishing to attend please meet at the cemetery by 1:30 P.M. The family ask that no flowers be sent due to entombment in the mausoleum.
