David Yokeley Osborne, Jr., 49, passed away on Monday, March 6th, 2017, in Bristol, Va.

He was born August 24th, 1967, in Washington County, Va., to the late David Yokeley Osborne, Sr. and Mona Sue Bishop Osborne. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, David Bradley Osborne and Ruth Price Osborne; and his maternal grandfather, Richard Edward Bishop.

Survivors include his maternal grandmother, Opal Kathleen Collingsworth Bishop; one sister, Catherine Sue Osborne Scyphers; one nephew, Nicholas Wayne Scyphers. He is also survived by a step sister and her family, several aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles and numerous cousins.

The family wishes to express their appreciation to all those that cared for and visited David during his life and especially Stephen Reynolds who was an administrator at David’s healthcare facilities over the years.
